Why are we sponsor partners?
The members of the WorldSkills Sponsor Partnership - currently WorldSkills, Festo and Fluke - are a team that has created and is constantly improving a win-win situation that serves both our mutual and specific interests.

As sponsor partners we can be active members of the WorldSkills team, helping achieve the WorldSkills mission. We want to create interest among young people worldwide for trades - enhancing their image and countering misconceptions about career opportunities and earning power and life-styles.

This serves both young people - our primary target group - and our national economies. We have developed the WorldSkills Leaders Forum to enable the organization to expand it breadth and influence through networking and the sharing of innovative ideas reaching far beyond the scope of the WorldSkills competition.

The partnership is a powerful tool that drives continual development of our markets and ensures we meet the needs of industry and commerce worldwide. Our activities help us keep tabs on trends, understand and contribute to current thinking and benchmark our performance.

Sponsor Partners invest funds, manpower and strategic thinking in WorldSkills. This is used to develop the infrastructure and tools selected to help us achieve our common aims - such as the Leaders Forum and www.worldskills.org. We want the website to ultimately become a first choice for people seeking information, guidance or contacts in the field of skills.

We consider this a sound investment! If you are interested in becoming a Sponsor Partner, please contact one of the current corporate members or the Secretary General of WorldSkills:
