WorldSkills is a global non-profit association dedicated to promoting interest in trades and promoting world class standards.

 Korea Manpower Agency were the hosts for the Skills Competition in Seoul. Visit their site to see all the trades for the competition, the countries taking part and the programme.

The first Manufacturing Team challenge took place at this competition - where the productivity of teams of 4 competing motorise a child's wheelchair was evaluated.

This is a "capture" of the WorldSkills Mechatronics website after Seoul. This site was updated daily leading up to the competition and was "live" during the competition in Seoul (Sept 13-16). It now provides a comprehensive record of the competition.
