Attendance at the Leaders Forum is by personal recommendation and on invitation only. 

For Member countries, recommendations are made by our Official Delegates who have extensive networks in their member countries. 

For non-member countries, recommendations are made by our partner institutions, government departments and by our sponsor partners.
