On behalf of the Vocational Training Council (VTC) of Hong Kong, we would like to
extend to you all a very warm welcome to Hong Kong.
The VTC is proud to be the host organization for WorldSkills General Assembly 2004.
Other than the meetings of the Assembly, we have also arranged for you a social-and-tour
programme during and after the General Assembly including a welcome reception,
sightseeing
tours, educational tours and a farewell dinner. We sincerely hope you can
also find
time after the General Assembly to join the visits to Macau and China's
Mainland.
