Lee McQueen was thrust into the limelight after winning hit BBC 1 TV show The Apprentice.
He has had a successful career in both recruitment and advertising and recently launched Raw Talent Academy, a business aimed at finding and developing Raw Talent.
Lee McQueen has worked in recruitment for over 10 years, six of which were at Capita Resourcing where he set up an academy to recruit staff with limited experience and through training and development methods, turned the recruits into fully fledged sales consultants.
Since winning The Apprentice, Lee along with Simon Sugar, set up a business for Lord Sugar called Amscreen which has since become a UK market leader in digital signage. Now Lee’s focus is all about helping others to realise their potential by providing them with a platform to achieve success in business.
Lee says: "If you want to be the best of the best in your future career, get inspired at WorldSkills London 2011."
