Hosting an international event as large and involved as WorldSkills is a major undertaking. The operating budget for WorldSkills Calgary 2009 is approximately $55 million.

That is why the 40th WorldSkills Competition would not be possible without the generous financial support of our corporate sponsors and significant contributions from various levels of government. Together, we are striving to stage the best WorldSkills Competition yet – and working to further the awareness and prestige of the trades and technical programs.
