What is the schedule for the WorldSkills Competition? |
The Competition will be held from November 15 to November 18, 2007. The Opening Ceremony will be held on November 14 and the Closing Ceremony on November 21. |

We have 38 official skills, 4 demonstration skills and 5 Host Member Skills. |

Where is the competition site? |
It is located in Kadoike, Numazu City, Shizuoka (35°07’ N, 138°53’ E). |

Where will the Opening and Closing ceremonies be held? |
The Opening Ceremony will be held at Granship Shizuoka Convention and Arts Center in Shizuoka city (34°59’ N, 138°25’ E). The Closing Ceremony will be at Kira Messe Numazu in Numazu city (35°06’ N, 138°51’ E). |

What is the temperature around the area of competition site in November? |
The average high in November is 17 °C (62.6 °F) and the average low is 7 °C (44.6 °F). |
How far is it from Narita International Airport to the competition site? |
About 200km. Travel time is about 3 1/2 hours by bus on the Tomei expressway or 2 1/2 hours by train when using Narita Express and Shinkansen (Bullet train) . |
How much is the admission fee? |
It is free. |
How can I register for accommodation of competitors, experts and observers? |
Accommodation Registration is only accepted through the Registration System. |

I hear there is a Competitors’ Village. What does it look like? |
We are organizing a Gotemba Kogen Resort called Tokinosumika for competitors. |
I hear the International Abilympics will be held at the same time. Please tell me more. |
The International Abilympics will be held in Shizuoka City for 3 days from November 15 to November 17, 2007.
The Opening ceremony will be held in November 14 together with the WorldSkills Competition. |
