The apprenticeship courses are initial vocational training courses, targeted at young people and characterized by the high importance given to the integration in the labour market and continuing studying. The apprenticeship courses are a double certification modality. Dual training is perceived like several training contexts that take place one after the other, promoting learning with the purpose to acquire skills which are part of a certain Departure Profile.
The role of the IEFP Training Centers / other external training entities and enterprises assumes a decisive relevance to the extent that they become the training contexts. Which is the role of the tutor? Which are the teaching/learning strategies? How to assess? |
