Reservation for Exhibition Booth(s) in Global Skills Village
General Reservation Terms
1. Reservation
A reservation is made by filling out the Exhibition Booth Reservation Form and sending the completed form to the Japan Organizing Committee for the “International Skills Festival for All, Japan 2007” (“JOCISF”). The reservation is binding. Reservations should be made by 28 February, 2007. The exhibitor can not transfer their booth to another client or have another client present at their booth in any form.
2. Location and constructing
The final location of the exhibition booths is decided by JOCISF. After JOCISF accepts the reservation, the client will be sent a reservation confirmation and an invoice.
3. Payments and cancellation
The registration fee (JPY 50,000/booth (including tax) or JPY 100,000/two booths (including tax)) for the exhibition booths is due on 31 March, 2007. The rental fee (250,000/booth (including tax) or JPY 500,000/two booths (including tax)) is due on 31 May, 2007. The reservation of the exhibition booths or any service shall be canceled automatically if either payment (registration fee or rental fee) is not paid by the due dates. Once payments are made they are completely non-refundable.
The clients may cancel a reservation for the exhibition booth within 14days of the date the reservation confirmation was sent from JOCISF. However, it is important to note that the registration fee shall not be returned under any circumstance. If a client wishes to cancel their exhibition booth, it must be done in writing.
4. Retail sales
Retail sales inside the event area are prohibited. Therefore clients may promote their products and/or services but they may not sell their products and/or services in the event area .
5. Damages
The client shall be liable for any personal or material damage caused to JOCISF or third parties due to negligent actions or failure to take necessary precautions by the client.
In case of contradictions of the terms in different languages the English version shall prevail.
