Transportation*: For those who stay in Shin-Yokohama and Shinagawa and plan on visiting the Competition site everyday, we strongly recommend the "with Japan Rail Pass" package. | When ODs, OOs or Os stay fewer than 11 nights, the package price will be reduced by 8 % for each night from November 14 through 18, and by 6 % for each night before November 14 and after November 18. |

Packages for Official Delegates (OD), Official Observers (OO), Observers (O) are offered in different categories based on prices. There are different packages for different locations/areas. In each location/area the ranking system is: Package A is the most expensive, Package B is the next most expensive, Package C is the least expensive. Please note that some locations/areas do not have all categories however the A, B, C packages still indicate the relative ranking of price.
