On 16 April, 2013 - 77 days ahead of the WordSkills Competition – the countdown clock for WorldSkills Leipzig 2013 will be set off in the Promenaden at Leipzig Central Station.
At 12 p.m., two members of the German national team will unveil the countdown clock in the presence of Burkhard Jung, Lord Mayor of Leipzig, Hubert Romer, CEO of WorldSkills Leipzig 2013 GmbH, Stefan Knorr, Center Manager of Promenaden Leipzig Central Station, and the team of WorldSkills Leipzig 2013. You also are cordially invited to attend the starting of the countdown.
Furthermore, an information booth will provide you with information all day long as to what you may experience at the vocational competition WorldSkills at Leipziger Messe, 2-7 July.
All guests arriving at the inauguration event in typical working clothes of one of the 46 dual vocations will receive a free entrance ticket for WorldSkills Leipzig 2013.
Additionally, there will be free ticket raffles for WorldSkills Leipzig on the hour. You can also win two entrance tickets for the international opening event on 2 July. The team of WorldSkills Leipzig 2013 look forward to your visit!
